El portal de viajes Expedia ha elegido el software de business intelligence de Business Objects. Cada mes consultan Expedia para planificar sus viajes más de 16 millones de usuarios, la cual gestiona toda la información con su herramienta BusinessObjects Enterprise 6.

In order to keep those customers happy and returning to do more business, Expedia, Inc., the world’s leading online travel service, has turned to Business Objects, the world’s leading provider of business intelligence (BI) solutions, and its industry leading suite of products, BusinessObjects Enterprise 6.

Expedia, Inc. has selected BusinessObjects Enterprise 6 as its enterprise business intelligence standard. Business Objects will first be rolled out to the corporate travel division at Expedia to help build and deliver detailed reports for their clients. These reports contain a complete, customized view of Expedia’s overall business with an individual corporate customer. Using BusinessObjects Enterprise 6 to access data from its Microsoft SQL Server data warehouse, Expedia can quickly build and deliver robust business reporting that enables employees to effectively manage their client’s business. Expedia is also planning to implement an enterprise-wide reporting application using the BusinessObjects Enterprise 6 suite of products.
